Description: Amistad National Recreation Area offers various outdoor activities for the visitor. The area is known for having great water recreation activities, there is also camping, and of course, hunting within the 5 hunting areas.

Description: The park recently opened for day use, so there are now picnic sites, hiking, biking, bird watching, bat flight, and camping available. Entrance to the Cavern is by guided tour only. The tours are scheduled on Saturdays, and be advised that it does require a decent hiking ability.

Description: Garner State Park is a heavily visited areas, and often reaches capacity during the peak season. Visitors can swim in the Frio River, ride the gentle rapids on inner tubes, rent pedal boats, and hike the nature trails. During the summer, there is a jukebox dance event every night, as well as a mini-golf course lighted for night time play.

Description: The park's main attraction is its namesake, the Devil's Sinkhole. The cavern is a vertical cavern, 40x60 feet wide at the opening, and the dropout to the main cavern is about 140 feet down. The main cavern reaches down somewhere between 350 and 400 feet. As well as tours to the sinkhole, there are Evening Bat Flight Tours, and Guided Nature hikes.

Description: The campgrounds at Amistad are primitive camp sites. There are no hook-ups available, though most sites are large and accessible enough to park your RV. All sites are on a first-come, first-served basis. There is a fee station centrally located at each campsite. There are 5 camping areas within the park, totaling 79 camping sites. These sites are primitive, meaning you need to bring what you need with you.

Description: Devil's River Campgrounds are available by prior reservation only. Reservations must be made at least 2 days in advance. Park Rangers have no ability to process fees on site. The park's large size support hiking, primitive camping, nature study, and mountain biking. The park offers 7 primitive campsites available. This is a carry in camp area, so bring all you need.

Description: American Campgrounds offer Cabin and tent site rentals. Sites are available by daily, weekly, and monthly basis. There are also US Border Patrol Agents living on site at the campgrounds, able and willing to answer any questions you may have about border security.

Description: All sites at Three Rivers are pull through 30/50 amps, and daily/weekly/monthly rates are available. The Three Rivers RV Park is perfectly located for easy travel into Amistad National Park, Del Rio, and even Mexico. The site includes free on-site Wood Shop, Spanish Lesson, and Weekly games at the Recreation Hall. There are also some primitive tent sites available upon request.
